Okay so I barley eat now for the past 5 days.. i have no urge to eat. I probably eat about 500 calories a day now. I only drink water and the only thing i ate today for probably 4 cheezits and little corn. and in about 3 hours it is night time. so if i were to continue on this path.. how long until i start seeing my weight shed off?I run for 15 sec then jog for 15 sec for about 1 mile a day..
