How can Peter Popoff get away with his ridiculous claims?

I'm watching his infomercial on BET right now and my jaw is on the floor. How in the WORLD can someone be allowed to go on TV and make these ABSURDLY ridiculous claims? On the one hand I believe anyone stupid enough to fall for this sh*t deserves to be swindled out of every dollar they have, but then again this man CLEARLY knows what he's doing--and he's doing it to the most desperate, poverty-stricken portion of the population. Lets just say it's no accident that he airs his commercials on BET. Absolutely unbelievable! I'm ashamed to be a member of the human race on so many levels...how embarrassing. Peter Popoff, you should be ashamed of yourself! And all y'all ig'nant folks who fall for his scams...you too should be ashamed of yourselves. God help ALL of you!
