Need Help to lose the extra 5 pounds!:)?
I am only 5 pounds away from the weight i wanna be. Im in Public School and this week our class is going on a 3 day trip...! The place were staying at will have people cooking our class food. How can i avoid all the fatty and unhealthy foods(hotdogs,pizza,junkfood) without people thinking im on a diet?:P And also will this help me lose weight...Special k cereal for breakfast and veggies for lunch (califlower,brocolie,celery,carrots) and a lean crusine for supper which only has 2.5grams of fat and 230 calories! Will this help weight loss? Sorry for all this stuff it might be annoying :P i just need some answers thanks :)
