Someone please help, I need an answer?

Tomorrow is one of the biggest days in my life, I don't feel go though, I feel hot my stumach hurts bad! And I feel like vomiting. It started around 4:30 I ate a hotdog and ever since I don't feel good. I can't get food posining and I cant get sick. My head hurts to someone please help :(!!! What should I do!
