What do you think about NoNo Hair Removal tool?

I've seen the infomercial many times and I also saw this thing features on The Doctors and I was just wondering if anyone has one and if it works as well as advertised, when used as directed, of course. From what I understand, this is the closest thing you can get to laser hair removal without laser hair removal. Just wondering, for those who have ACTUALLY USED THIS.
